Anyone know how to add tracking domain in cpanel (shared hosting)?

I create a CNAME but its not working, it says 404

@Tomz Why is this updated version of mailwizz stealing emails? When you import for example 100,000 emails only a few of them are imported and not all. @NullMaster any ideas? Can you may be update or give a solution please. Thank you.
