I installed it. The theme changes but it is not a material theme.

it should be like this.

I installed version 1.0.6 and succeeded. but unfortunately that version is very old.

The two plugins are the same. The link and the download button, when installing one disables the other and neither activates the panel change.

It only works on multisite,
