I have not gotten time to look at the latest version since my client is still using the old version. But I will sure like to know what @simpax3 did.
My guess is the activation code might be requested for people that are doing fresh installation. Version 4.1 does not need database update. Maybe backup your .env file if you have successfully installed it before. Upload all the content of version 4.1 to your file root file and replace the new .env file with the old one that you backed up. This may work
