Doesn't seem like the script is nulled, it just doesn't require a key to activate, only a key to get new updates.

This had me confused for hours...

To restrict country code telephone numbers in mobile number custom field

Go to file:

memberpress/js/intTelinput.js

Find and Replace:

onlyCountries:[],placeholderNumberType:"MOBILE",preferredCountries:["gb","us"]

Click to expand...

Will produce: (GB first, then US, allow all other countries)

onlyCountries:["gb" ],placeholderNumberType:"MOBILE",preferredCountries:[]

Will produce: (GB only)
