Okay, ppl! Here's a simple workaround for (and it goes for at lot of themes) the latest version uploaded not being nulled yet.
1) Install the not-yet-nulled theme.
2) Install ALL the required plugins.
3) Type some random characters in the license box. Let it deny you access
3) Attempt to do a demo import. Let it deny you that as well.
4) Downgrade to LATEST NULLED VERSION (in this particular case: v1.8.6)
5) DO. NOT. DO. ANYTHING. But installing the demo content you need.
6) When done, upload latest theme version.
