It works normally, asked for purchase code, I wrote random info, and it installed normally.
Anyway, user has to copy data from .env.example to .env since it's empty + set APP_KEY value as it is blank, and it works here.

I have overwritten the patch you provided and the installation completed, but it throws a 500 error when I try to access the domain root or if you try to access the admin page. Still not working

Now you need to copy the content of .env.example to .env, and don't forget to put a value to APP_KEY, I used a value from Active Ecommerce CMS, and it worked.

Use the provided patch, it's the easy installer no need to edit the code or copy and paste

Looks fine, it is strange that both patches did't work with you, it worked fine with me & I was able to access the entire website.
Anyway, I will check it again for you
You are doing something wrong, delete your current installation et unzip the archive again and use the below patch by replacing the same files within the same paths
