Yes i have file of .wpress and don't know how to upload Now. Searching about this

I was searching pricerr theme and demo I have download file from here of pricerr.wpress and now I am confused where to add this. this is backup file of theme. how can I upload this can you help ? which plugin I can use. Thanks in advance

.wpress files are created by All in One WP Migration. You need to use that to import them.
