he means google adsense is blocked for his website and he want a new adsense account. Which is not going to happen as if adsense is blocked for an account they usually block it for all related accounts.

. And yes you're right @hitola8026 your account is blocked permanently, so there is not other way to get back the account.

I have made several AdSense accounts, and in space of 3 months, they all been blocked for some violation, even if I didn't use them. Adsense is overrated and surely there are way better programmes then AdSense. Move on from AdSense, try something new.
