Hi guys my Huawei P20 lite ANE-LX1 crashed due to full storage and is now stuck on the Huawei logo and the bootloader is locked. We have no Huawei service centers in the country. Is there any possible way to fix it?
If you connect the phone with usb to your laptop while its stuck in the huawei logo, does it still recognize it to open the internal memory and delete some files?Hi guys my Huawei P20 lite ANE-LX1 crashed due to full storage and is now stuck on the Huawei logo and the bootloader is locked. I had forgotten I had only 3GB free storage left, so I left the phone downloading a 5GB torrent, and woke up to the Huawei logo. So I assumed that's the cause. If you connect the phone with usb to your laptop while its stuck in the huawei logo, does it still recognize it to open the internal memory and delete some files?
I mean, how can you be so sure it's because of the storage anyways? Maybe it's another issue..
If your phone is still stuck in Huawei Logo then the last option you can try is to hard reset your phone, by doing this you are going to lose all your data inside your phone.I had forgotten I had only 3GB free storage left, so I left the phone downloading a 5GB torrent, and woke up to the Huawei logo. The phone is no longer going to recovery mode, so it can't be reset. The only working button combination is the one that takes me to fastboot mode, but fastboot is useless since the bootloader is locked, I guess I have to throw it away.If your phone is still stuck in Huawei Logo then the last option you can try is to hard reset your phone, by doing this you are going to lose all your data inside your phone.
This is the last option to get it fixed so better search for more options available to get it done as it contains the risk of loosing all of your important data.
