My site is sending emails with nothing but "1"

Hello everyone,
I saw that my site is sending email with nothing but "1" in subject. How can I debug this and find why or what is sending this ?

Hi buddy...maybe you can give us more details like how do you send your email? are you using a plugin mail sender like phpmailer or just the mail function from php? also, if you can provide a snippet of your codes so we can at least see what's happening...

I use WP mail smtp, configured with SMTP
