It depends what you used theme.
There have a logo option in theme's option or customizer page but may theme using different headers for homepage and inner pages.
There have possibilities.
So if you provide your website link and theme's name we can help you

Wherever my imagination takes me
Is it supposed to be in the main menu, like in the preview of the Patrios theme? They have a div section for the logo there, which is not present in your code. So, I think it may be a Theme Setting, probably under 'Header' or 'Main Menu' or something where you can choose to show the logo?

I can't find any div section on Main menu or Header section. The section where you upload logo is there >>https://prnt.sc/z374oz

I have already uploaded logo but its not showing. i thought it was about sizing (width, height etc but even when i adjust to different levels its not showing.

Its true, it might be about theme settings but i have no idea on what settings to adjust for logo to display because on 'header' or 'main menu' i can't see anything.

I have checked your inline CSS (could be in custom CSS settings )

There have a line:
.themeum-navbar-header .themeum-navbar-brand img{width:30px; max-width:none;}

The problem could happen for that
So i should delete the line or edit? if to edit what do i put?
