I was looking for recommendations for getting a DMCA Ignored Dedicated Server. I'm willing to pay up to 100-200 a month. I am currently using a kvm vps from prohoster but it is time for me to upgrade. I kinda don't still iffy on prohoster and had a terrible experience with flaunt 7.

what issues you faced with flaunt 7?
site would constantly go down even though claim zero downtime, no support for anything, had a hard time transfering domains, tickets constantly ignored, will stop replying when talking about refunds...etc it was a year and half ago though i wouldn't go back

Buy any dedicated server and then buy a small DMCA ignored vps from any good company. Then reverse proxy http/https traffic vps to dedicated. Most cost effective way without sacrificing cost and performance

Dont have experience to use it in production. (i have Saas system, with more than 30 domains host at VPS) - sometimes i receive DMCA in one or two sites...
Hire a SysAdmin and get a offshore vps and then use Nginx to do reverse proxy or HAProxy. Hire a freelancer to do it if you don't know.

But there are many tutorials in youtube for free. ;)

Yes i have knowledge of this job. It's very easy to setup.
Also remember, your DMCA ignore vps location should be somewhat geologically near your dedicated server location, avoid having more than 150ms of ping distance or 2000km distance. Else your website will load slow just because of the ping/latency issue or occasional due to packet loss.
