4 dollar is 30GB store only, where do u have your movie?
I was testing you website and the movie starts quick here in sweden.

for the website speed, depends on your script/plugin. and i only embeding the video. for movie, im using hls.hdv.fun/imdb/(imdb api) or www.2embed.ru/embed/imdb/movie?id=(imdb api)

for the series, tv, and radio, im using gdrive/m3u8 and embed it with jwplayer

i think, you should put your movies on gdrive/onedrive/mega/etc. and embed it to your website. it will make your website faster

I think they have no problem with storage, but you should also pay attention to the brandwith too, if they said unmetered bandwith, maybe they have limit on 1-2 TB

i think, you better store the video on Amazon Cloud Drive. They provide unlimited storage and bandwith for only $11.99/year and embed the link with apicodes cpanel

Can you tell which service provider you are using, so we can be sure that the provider is good! A lot of providers have very sketchy services.
