Can anyone please guide me or help me create a custom gallery post type as seen in the image below.

Or any good plugin that can help me get this outcome.
I have toolset plugin installed but its hard coming up with the design layout

Just look up tutorials on YouTube.

It's a long process and you have to understand each step. What you're trying to do is quite complex to explain in a post reply as this.
