Need help to choose a theme for a Portal website

Hello,

I have been looking a lot but cannot find a theme appropriate to use for my Portal project .. I have a lot of sections to highlight, so need a right and left sidebar option theme .. here is the website type am looking to make : http://www.dubaicityguide.com/site/main/index.asp

Will be very grateful to get some help

try the Point Finder - Directory WordPress Theme , very robust and modern portal theme for wordpress, you can have multidirectory whithin it.

thanks for the replies ... it is a portal website with many sections in it ... it is not only a business directory or classifieds but a whole portal like http://www.dubaicityguide.com/site/main/index.asp

you can add as much sections as you like in wordpress, change templates and so on, it's quiet easy if you uderstand exactly what you want...

for example if you want events section like http://www.dubaicityguide.com/site/events/major-events.asp you can install EventOn WP plugin on top of the theme and so on.

portals are constructed upon requests not by the theme. best luck

thanks for the replies guys .. Its easy for me to create the sections using plugins .. example events etc etc .... the thing is i am facing problem having a good homepage like http://www.dubaicityguide.com

you just need to create several custom menu and place it in template in three columns way. wp bakery + templatera plugin will help you a lot
