Everything I rely on to keep myself sane—from spin classes to group dinners at my apartment—suddenly poses a health risk to myself and others, and while I’m unimaginably lucky not to be one of the many people whose health and livelihood has been impacted by COVID-19, my mental health is at an all-time low. You just install the extension, open up any TV show or movie that Netflix has available, click the “NP” button on your browser, and send your fellow watchers the provided URL. There’s even a chat bar on the right side of the screen that allows you to discuss whatever you’re watching—now people can’t get mad at me for talking through the movie, because it’s a built-in feature of the extension!
