New section "Decoding request" as sub-forum of the request section

Can we create a new sub-section for request forum called "decoding request" ?
It will have the principles of ioncube decoding thread but will also cover other encoders-obfuscators like yak-pro or hmsc.
Creating this subforum will allow better control on decoding requests and access to more resources that members will come with for decoding.

What do you think about it?
