Tried all steps. and changed hosting server too.(1.Vps Tried & Failed) (2.Shared Hosting Tried & Failed)

Still 419 Page Expired Issue continues.

well i have a £1000+ server with decent specs etc so hopefully speed it up haha but can't get passed the install
