edit: got it working .. everytime files was uploaded it would encrypt permissions for some reason?

Hi, Anyone can help to fix this issues.
Server, Pages & Check got no contact issues

Website -> Manage (Eyes) -> Alerting -> Add Alert -> Contact -> No Result found

Do not bother with this script. Developer abandoned the project. No more updates and latest version has issues. It is not showing correct server values. Website monitoring works however.
Shame really, it was a very well script.

- Added repeating notifications for unresolved incidents
- Added the ability to leave a comment on incidents
- You can now mark incidents to ignore from uptime calculations
- Added mdadm software raid array monitoring for Linux server (beta)
You will have to update the monitoring agent to collect mdadm data (run the install command to update).
- Bug fixes
