Do not upload the package, that contains two plugins. Find the individual zip files and upload them separately.

And it's also your first try in the world of web design and use of wordpress. Do learn some basics as if you don't know how to look into an archive and separate the plugins then it's not our fault.
For a total newby this one is not quite as easy as it seems.
Download the file, then unzip it. Inside are two folders. You need to zip these two folders so you have elementor.zip and elementor-pro.zip
Then install both and activate.

So, people who doesn't know HOW TO INSTALL A PLUGIN claiming it as "NULL FAILS" . .

You mean I have to unzip the initial dl? I did that and sadly it just contained a bunch of directories and files for the plugin : ( Couldn't see any further zip files
I tried with five different downloads and same story. Incidentally, I tried with a freemium plugin packages from some popular third-party dev and they worked like a charm. There some extra step I must take to activate nulls I think?

You didn't ruffle feathers - well, not many!. Things that most of us know are not necessarily easy to understand for newbies. That's why I tried to explain it.It worked!!!
