That is not mandatory, many so called sites share under title of nulled just not nulled scripts.
No, it isn't nulled. I have tested it and it asks for a serial.
Unfortunately your request cannot be completed as one of main requirements is for script to be untouched and the reason for that is that we don't trust any of other sites unless downloaded directly from dev/codecanyon site (proof of purchase might be requested)
Why so? It's simple: code may be altered in different parts than licensing thus leading to an unsecure script to be released. And nullers don't have time to check the full code for eventual malicious additions. And if something happens it's babiato's fault not original uploader's fault.
Edit: Why I only locked this thread instead of moving it? For just in case someone wants to help you and send the nulled privately. But it cannot be shared on Babiato, sorry.
