Enable debugging from the env by Turning the debug from false to true. Then let's see what's the cause of the error

You are using tls encryption for your email settings. Change it to ssl

Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!

Each time I try to edit or update payment methods.

Who knows the fix?

After changing to ssl encryption, still the same issue
