when we try to install after giving all data when it come to ask the admin detail
it keep loading
please short out

please, first of all, check the requirements from the script and see if your hosting can run it. if not and you need the right hosting let me know.

I figured it out. Ensure you have the following in your php.ini

; Whether to allow the treatment of URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files.
; http://php.net/allow-url-fopen
allow_url_fopen = On

After adding that it works

allow_url_fopen = On and this is some of the requirements

90% of shared hosters are not allowed to turn it on. Because this is for the whole server and not only for your space.

Its set to "on" in my phpadmin settings but apparently needs to also have the code above in the php.ini to work.
