Am i correct, the Base Fare is good for 10km, then it shifts to per KM charge if goes beyond 10km?

Ok... i thought that the Delivery Fee is something like this. The Minimum Price that we set pertains to Base Fare. While the Price per Km is the additional fee for every additional KM. Let's Say Minimum Price is 60. and the Price is 10 per KM. if the delivery has a total of 10km, the delivery fee supposed to be Minimum price of 60 PLUS 10KM x 10 per KM (100) which is 60 PLUS 100 = 160 Total Delivery Fee. This is different? thanks...
No that is not completely correct.
You got the second part.
The Base fare and the minimum fare are two different prices.
The Base fare is the starting price for trip. Meaning the customer should know that the trip starts reading from that price.
Minimum fare is the charge the system is supposed to add per how many kilometers the journey has covered.
You got these parts right

Price represents the cost per Unit KM or Hr and the Minimum Price is the lowest price level the customer is expected to pay however short the journey can take (If a customer takes a taxi whose journey is 0.3km he/she will have to pay the set Minimum price). Right?Apparently it does
