if my website link uses http it can play hls m3u8 because both use http.. on the other hand I tried the https one it doesn't work.. is there any input on how to play the m3u8 http link to a website that uses https..Depend on the link , most m3u8 links work only a few places they don’t work for

Both should be on https , you shouldn’t run nothing over http

This is because the developer used a short open tag which is not enabled in your PHP setup.please help me fix this error
There are two solutions:
1. Change in PHP.ini add
INI:
short_open_tag = On
PHP:
<? $this->load->view('theme/'.$active_theme .'/'.$page_name);?>
PHP:
