The problem is already explained by itself. Check which point in the app features questionnaire this function is present and answer accordingly. You probably did not declare correctly in the App Access and/or Data Security section
Idk why, but my paid and (playstore) published app, not working notification the last 2 days as well
Was working well, but last 2 days, no.
