For anyone wanting to fix the season episode issue where the wrong thumbnails are showing:
in api_v100.php:
FIND $response$i = $this->common_model->get_episode_image_url($episode[‘videos_id’],$episode[‘episodes_id’]);
CHANGE TO $response$i = $this->common_model->get_episode_image_url($episode[‘episodes_id’],$episode[‘videos_id’]);
