For everyone who want Composite elements put a license key on Oxygen / Settings / License tab then open function.php from Oxygen plugin and after line 244 you'll see some line with update_option ( ..... ); after these lines put this line
update_option('oxygen_composite_elements_license_status','valid');

This line must be included in nullify process

If you do exact what I wrote I don't see why not working for you.
But... the second method (hard way) is: after enter a license code (on Oxygen / Settings / License tab) (any license code) you'll see message "invalid" right after license key input field.
Open phpMyAdmin and select your database then in table wp_options search for "oxygen_composite_elements_license_status" ; Change value from invalid to valid. This is all. You need to do this only one time.
