It is free, however you can pay for their Plus or Unlimited membership and get access to the Plus addons shown on their website, along with Free or Third party ones.
Although a licence key is not actually needed so no nulling needed either.
Paid Memberships Pro offers plans for automatic updates of Add Ons and premium support. These plans include a license key which we recommend for all public websites running Paid Memberships Pro. A license key allows you to automatically install Add Ons included in your plan and update active Add Ons included in your plan when a new security, bug fix, or feature enhancement is released.

Am being kind here, if any of you don't like the red licence message then use the zip attached here.
Do not enter anything as a key and try to validate it, otherwise it will revert back to unlicenced and you will need to deactivate and reactivate the plugin again.
Also, you will not be able to get the updates through the Addons section either, nor will you be able to click on download as the key will not be valid.
