It is not wordpress, original mangadex leaked. I see sql db exported and the entire site files downloaded in the rar file.

I just did a quick search and found this resource:

RSS Reader

Best Manga RSS feeds online. Subscribe to your favorite Manga rss feeds on Feedspot RSS Reader

blog.feedspot.com

You could get the RSS feeds for various manga sites and use a WordPress RSS poster plugin on your blog to populate it.

Just a suggestion.

Not sure if that is what you are looking for.
