Hello everyone and thank you for stopping from your whatever you were looking for and are reading this now.
I need a parents meeting schedule solution for small school - this week they have used https://framadate.org to schedule the parents meeting. And it was a sh** show. The ones that double booked a slot couldn't change their option, there were more than one cases, the school secretary had to manually intervene - moving things around not accordingly to parent's availability ... in short - I need to setup a better solution.
So if you know and can suggest any well polished calendar booking solution that shows the remaining available slots please let me know.
I am running a Xenforo forum for this school so if it could be integrated in Xenforo - even better - if not I'll just install it on a subdomain and call it a day.
