.htaccess file should change?
Should I install the lower version first?

My version is the paid for original files.You should be fine. Make sure your server is setup correctly.
If anything, delete the htaccess file, the script will generate a new one.

A simple google would have brought you here -> https://help.perfexcrm.com/faq/getting-http-error-500/

Edit: Also, stop asking the same thing over and over, if we can help, we will.
