Crash by hosting, undone extracting plugin, maybe login to host then remove Perfmatters folder then try again. Just my2c.This is what I got

Yep. I checked, your version works well. I guess his problem come from upload error.
"white space" errors don't affect all servers, just some. Anyway, they now have a choice of two! Better than none!
