Install phlox-pro.zip (theme)
Install auxin-elements_nulled.zip (plugin)

Will then give you access to all, including demos!

Label by simply adding two lines of code to wp-config.php after define('WP_DEBUG', true);

define( 'AUX_WHITELABEL', true );
define( 'AUX_WHITELABEL_DISPLAY', true );
