That actually says v1.7.1 which is the latest.Nope, the last one is 5.7.2.
Maybe the free one is under 1.7.0....

Hello everyone and thank you for the magnificent contributions
I have installed this theme and it looks very good, the templates kits can be imported, but the Demo Importer option to import the entire design does not work, I have tried it locally with XAMPP and in the Hosting, the same thing happens in both sites.
It's not because of the php.ini file, the minimum requirements are fine.
Does anyone know how to solve it or if there is a possibility to import the global template in another way?

Hi there,
I had the same problem and this is what I did.
1. I uploaded an older version of the theme, auxin elements, and pro tools (v5.6.5 from this thread on 8/21/21)
2. I added the demo I wanted
3. I uploaded the latest updated plugins (auxin elements, and pro tools) through plugins> add new > upload > replace
4. I uploaded the latest updated theme through appearance > themes > add new > upload > replace
This worked with the only setback being an update for the theme still being available at phlox pro > dashboard > update. Trying to update there gave the error: "Download failed. A valid URL was not provided."

Hi there.
Thank you very much for the information and for the help, but it can only be done with Demo Importer that are not PRO
I have followed your steps and you can put basic templates, the PROS is the same.
I have also tried doing it directly with the latest Phlox version and it can be done but the PROS does not happen the same again, it does not let you download and when you put the auxin elements plugin, it activates them but the same thing happens, it does not download them.
Too bad, but for a non-PRO template it works perfectly.
Once again thanks for your help, we will wait to see if the MASTERS can unlock it.

I tried @jorgealted123 method and it works for PRO templates.
Make sure you are using the theme and plugins that he provides in his download.
Then you can import any template.
After that just update the theme and plugins to the newer version.

Yes, now, the Demo Importer PRO has worked, perfect.
Once again thank you very much for the information. Before it did not do it well, the step of the auxin elements and proo tools, put the version 5.6.9 instead of the version 5.6.5 that you have in the download link.
I am from Spain, the problem is my English which is disastrous and with the google translator sometimes I do not do it well
