Hello guys, I have a little problem, I get the following error when logging into the admin panel. Can you please help?

The system bromine here works very differently. I've asked for help many times and made some theme requests, but it's very rare that anyone helps. I hope someone can help you.

base on PHP Documentation (PDOStatement::rowCount), better to use query() and fetchColumn()

add php version enable 7.0 and 7.2
