Starting with v1.9.0, some new monetization options were added, and the dev had trouble adjusting the Plans system to work with these new mods.

it is telling you that the tables already exhist and they need to be removed and reinstalled

you need to redo the chmods on the dirs.

also looks like it is not being found. did you back up the .env file which is what you should have done.

also you will probably need to redo the chmod 755 on the directories listed in the install directions.
is the doc root pointing to the public dir in litespeed
