REPLACE THE CODE

as i sow its the one of best build and options cms system for movies, but if someone knows better one can tell me

maybe someone can create better install/index.php code, because this code does not work correct.
and insert new admin it's not readed/writed anywhere, someone can create better one?

Steps:
1. Open install/index.php and replace all code with this one:
2. Leave a like for the work
3. Don't forget to edit your mysql/bin/mysqlversion/my.ini file with
innodb-default-row-format=dynamic
