Hello guys my problem is when I upload a video the video thumbnail don't show automatically I have to upload the thumbnail but the demo shows the video thumbnail. How can I fix this

Fix you chmod permissions of ffmpeg location properly with the one provided in assets/ffmpeg

this is not an extension its in whm > manage php > user settings
