Dates are output as follows <span title="{{LANG published_on}} {{TIME}}">{{TIME}}</span> But where is {{TIME}} edited? (((

I have a question waiting for a long time but they still haven't updated. how can i import iframe from other site eg ( gdplayer.top, google drive player,...). they just accept YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo URLs, mp4, okru. thank's!!!
