This happens to me too and as far as I know and based on the comments I've read on the author's script on Code Canyon - it's a bug with the script and they'll have to fix it in the next update.

in addition, the shorts stopped being imported.
the video from tiktok has stopped being imported. now you need to upload the image and register all the fields. previously, all this was imported. previously, everything was imported (( maybe the developer put what kind of protection?

Open config.php file and see the line where is $site_url =
for example if you have in your conf file set your domain e.g (http://example.com) and if you try to open the site with www from e.g (http://www.example.com) then your site will just refresh or nothing will happend.. You can make redirections via .htaccess and solve the problem.
