Plugin create/Edit job - PHP dev needed

i'm making a post about a plugin that i want it to be edited or actually create an extension for that plugin
been looking for a brilliant PHP developer who can cut it short and knows what he exactly doing to avoid future bugs

so here i'm posting what i'm looking for


i would like to Edit/Amend/Add to a plugin called TourMaster published by GoodLayers. it's main plugin for theme called TravelTour.
We contacted the company to make the changes we require but they are too busy.
The changes needed:
(adding new fields to the plugin. consist of data entry in back-end, that reflects in front end for customers and be calculated in outcome prices, options, itineraries)
Steps:
Adding new tables in Database
Adding new Back-end Options
adding new back-end data entry tables
Changes to core calculations
Adding new options in front end based on the back-end tables
Reflect the new options in orders finale receipt/order confirmation
Put together old options & new options for the finale outcome price before payment.
The changes must not prevent/conflict any future updates from the main plugin.
if it's necessary to update the plugin by a newer version, the new changes must be easy to add to the new versions
further explaining when we get quote for the job

mmm no PHP developers here to create the plugin ?

if it's built as an extension the changes won't affect much, maybe it will but not on every tiny update to the plugin.
the extension itself could need update after a while
