I believe POLYLANG PRO 2.6.7 addresses and fixes this Problem. It's apparently a PHP version problem they have so they quickly provided a fix to this issue. Please update this.

in query monitor plugin and it causes my WordPress database to overload and I pass the database query limit per hour.
So I constantly need to set my database else my site will remain down and point to the installation page.
