it's wierd why my cpanel not detect the file. i think its because the install file that got encode for that to happen.

Can you tell us how did you fixed it? Do you just need to generate an API key in the admin panel or is it something else?
Edit:Nevermind I found it, you have to remplace "<?" with "<?php" in all the files located in /languages/

I actually found an easier solution, just enable :
"short_open_tag=On"
in your php.ini and restart php. Every errors will be gone

Did you try re-designing your homepage?
Not yet, I'm busy on something else right now, but it's my plan in the next few weeks. Mainly editing CSS so it shouldn't be that hard.
