Procedure to update a wordpress plugin "Nulled"

Hello,
I have a silly question.
Is it necessary to follow a particular procedure to update a wordpress plugin "Nulled" already installed.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the answer, but this one I had ^^. I mean, can I remove the plugin via FTP and upload the new version without risking losing a configuration or something?
