great getting closer, i now get this in the log "
Reapit token acquisition failed. Please provide your Reapit token directly or configure Reapit OAuth credentials." i don't have a token or credentials, this is not given and is sorted by the update plugin. |

Do you have a client ID and a secret code?
Dev has made it completely on their server side:
https://wp-property-hive.com/reapit-keys. Property Hive verifies that your site has a paid active subscription with them, signs the payload using their proprietary credentials, requests a bearer token from Reapit on your behalf, and hands it back to your site.
If you have a bearer token or client ID and secret ID. i can try mocking it, without this i don't think bypass can be possible.
If you have an agency Reapit account: You do not need Property Hive's server to verify you. Reapit issues OAuth credentials directly to registered agencies via the Reapit Developer / Foundations Marketplace.

thats the thing, the only thing i have is a customer ID that is entered into the settings. there is no token or credentials.
on reapit, there is an 'app' on their side that the plugin connects to, but there is no setup on it, it just gets installed. then when the update plugin the only thing i provide is the customer id. this is new on the last update, never happened before.
i do have a reapit developers account
