It is always like this, I mean why the web is not appear? I already set to 7.2 Php, set database and user, set env. but still like this...

Set host to public directory like html/nexthour/public

so if I used sub domian like : film.mywebsite.com, I have to put the script on : film.mywebsite.com/public like that?
I used shared hosting

Yes or set in cpanel to use directly public folder for that domain

No with web version dont work you need to wait to update developer this version because he change all the code in this and also use symphony api for app...

I don't have a codecanyon purchase account, maybe I want to use the APK I have to downgrade the web version to 2.8

As an android app I decided to move the entire database from 2.9 down 2.8.
But unluckily I always get this error when transferring data using EditPlus.

. htaccess and set php 7.2 and modules install last make sure you have rewrite module enabled
