Why? some themes are like an ant nest. You will lose yourself in the sea of unused codes or, worse yet, some codes that do not work well in multiple ways. (for example, some themes say that they do work in rtl languages that absolutely do nothing)
And ask yourself, is it necessary to tweak all this useless stuff? Do I need to tweak every little code that there is?
