Question & Answer Wordpress Website (Pl Suggest)

Hi, Need to design a Wordpress website for a client. Pl suggest me guys is this possible or not.. he needs a website like Question & Answers..

Details are..

There will be like 1 Question having 4 options.. If user select 1 answer then another question under that same answer.. then another question under the selected answer... it keep on going...

Any plugin or theme for this kind of thing. Please suggest to me.

I tried WP-FORMS PRO also. Conditional forms, but the problem is.. 1 question having 4 answers ok... but if user select 1 answer.. new question appears at the end of all answers.. that the problem...

Client says..
he needs the new question appears at the exact bottom of the selected answer, not at then end of all answers..

So any more suggestion ??

I used many form plugins like WP-FORMS PRO and Contact Form 7 also. Conditional forms, but the problem is.. 1 question having 4 answers ok... but if user select 1 answer.. new question appears at the end of all answers.. that the problem...

I will try this Caldera Form Plugin & let you know.. if this works..
