I did not remove the features.
Maybe it is a separate module?

export the SQL file and put your new database name.
go to the address (https://yoursite.com./public_html/includes/config.php) and put your new data.

Nulling this script is simple.

Open /install/index.php and replace 69 line with:

PHP:

$output['success'] = true;

Edit:

Does anybody have the right rules for nginx?

I nulled with your method, but when i enter to the admin panel, I got the "
Important! Please verify purchase code to use admin feature. Click here
"

@arrocy in the last version, 6.3.4 why not change the language of backend? if i select italian return me only english in the backend
